MISSION
The Women Advancing Spine program was established by MERC in 2021 to inspire, support, and empower female spine surgeons around the world. Women continue to break barriers, paving the way for future generations to pursue careers as physicians and to help improve the lives of others. We aim to support these initiatives through women-led educational opportunities.
