Excelsius3D^™ combines digital X-ray, fluoroscopy, and 3D imaging into one imaging system for use in the OR, where surgeons benefit from 2D or 3D images of patient anatomy. The platform provides real-time image capture, post-capture visualization, and DICOM storage of images.

Omnidirectional Wheels

The omnidirectional wheels provide unrestricted, seamless motion in any direction to adapt to any OR setup and surgical plan.

360° Rotation

The gantry is equipped with inner and outer C’s that rotate independently, creating a 360° spin to reconstruct a complete 3D image.

CentroWag^™

CentroWag^™ is a motion feature that allows the system to wag about the isocenter when in OR mode to reduce time scouting shots and fine-tuning system position during imaging.

Position Memory

Position memory permits the user to store the system’s wheels and gantry position such that, with a press and hold of a button, the system can automatically return to that position throughout the case.

Gantry Movement

The gantry can move rotationally and translationally at the same time, such as when moving to an oblique position; it can also move fully horizontally (parallel to the floor).

Removeable X-Ray Grid

The X-ray grid offers reduced X-ray scatter and enhanced image quality, and can be removed in cases where low doses are required, such as pediatric procedures.

Hand-Held Joystick

The joystick, which easily docks into the side of the interface, controls omnidirectional motion at two different travel speeds: OR mode and transport mode.

Integrated Interface

The interface allows for simplified adjustment of the imaging modalities, motion and positioning, imaging acquisition parameters, and post-processing controls for streamlined communication between surgeons, techs, and OR staff across all platforms.
