XTEND™ Anterior Cervical Plate System
Product Overview
The XTEND™ anterior cervical plate system addresses patients’ immediate needs and considers long-term treatment. While maintaining the most desired features in an anterior cervical plate, XTEND™ provides surgeons with the ability to later treat adjacent levels if needed. A Universal Extender may be added to any primary plate with no disruption to the primary construct.

Primary Plates
Preserves intact adjacent levels and accepts a Universal Extender plate if adjacent levels need stabilization.
Universal Extender
May be placed adjacent to any plate without disrupting the primary screws and eliminates the need to remove the primary construct.
Low Profile
Low profile plates may help reduce post-operative discomfort. Screws that lag the plate to the bone and integrated set screws maintain the plate’s low profile and smooth surface.
