State-of-the-Art Facilities
Machinists at Globus Medical work in a cutting-edge production facility and produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating machining tools while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Due to growth and expansion, we recently opened a brand new manufacturing facility complete with new machines, well-lit work areas, and temperature control.
Project Engineer
Product Development
Project Engineers have an unprecedented opportunity to work with surgeons and model makers through an iterative development process to ensure delivery of a broad range of clinically relevant solutions to the operating room with a pace and quality that is unmatched in the industry.

Product Manager
Market Research and Forecasting
In order to identify customer needs and trends, Product Managers maintain constant market awareness by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market data.
The Product Manager creates a refined market introduction plan and sales forecast throughout the product development process, working with executive leadership to move the project to market launch.
Product Launch
The Product Manager effectively coordinates and manages the launch of new products, proactively promotes those products, and monitors performance by tracking key performance indicators, including revenue, market share, customer feedback, and other indicators as identified.
Model Maker
Model Makers work closely with a network of engineers through the development process with a pace and quality that is unmatched in the industry.
On-Site Prototype Shop
Prototype fabrication done correctly often means the difference between a product that succeeds and one that fails. Adjacent to Product Development, our Prototype Shop is fully equipped to optimize the prototyping process.
Model Makers work alongside the engineering team to carry ideas forward and implement improvements through an iterative design and prototype cycle.

Experience Turned Into Skills: Globus Co-Op Program
Globus Medical partners with university cooperative education programs to offer a balance between classroom theory and practical hands-on experience. Through our partnership with these universities, students are able to alternate academic study with full-time employment, gaining practical experience in their field of study while earning academic credit.

We are aware of job postings being made by people who claim to be recruiters for Globus Medical, even using Globus Medical’s employee names, but who are in no way affiliated with Globus Medical. We have also been made aware of people posing as Globus Medical recruiters and making contact about job opportunities and extending job offers via text message, instant message or chat rooms. These job postings and offers are fraudulent.
Beware of recruiters that ask candidates to submit unusual personal information like bank statements or utility bills, pay a fee in order to be considered for a job, or pay “start-up expenses” after being hired. Globus Medical does not require candidates to make any type of payment to them as part of the recruitment process or job offer.
